Shipping policy
Goods are shipped to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
If your country is not listed above but you would like to place an order, please contact us through the webform here, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your order.
Shipping fees & delivery methods:
The delivery price for your order is determined by its weight, the destination, and the chosen shipping method. Shipping times depend on the country and region, as well as the chosen carrier and service. Holidays may affect the handling and delivery times.
Our logistics partners include Omniva, DPD, SmartPosti, Unisend and Venipak. In the Baltic States and selected Scandinavian countries, orders can be delivered to a parcel locker or directly to your address by courier. For other EU destinations, orders are delivered by courier.
For international orders, we reserve the right to use an alternative shipping carrier instead of the one displayed at checkout, provided that the alternative offers an equivalent delivery service. Any change of carrier will not result in additional charges or affect the agreed delivery method, delivery timeframe, or other essential shipping conditions.
Shipping costs are added to your order total and are displayed alongside available shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are product-specific and shown beneath the product price on the product page. If there are any delays or issues, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the new delivery time.

Shipping times may vary depending on the product. The estimated shipping time for the specific product is brought out in product details. Items with different delivery times will be shipped together in one shipment, once all products are prepared for dispatch.

Delivery times:

Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

Rest of Europe: standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
In rare or exceptional cases, we reserve the right to ship goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Customers outside of Europe
Our web shop is mainly targeted for clients located in Europe. However, we’re actively working on expanding our reach to the rest of the world. At this time, we kindly ask our clients outside of the EU or EAA to send us their inquires manually through the web form here.
We will then send you back an offer for the goods with delivery to your destination country, once you confirm that, we will send an invoice to finalize the order. Please check possible customs regulations and country-specific restrictions before placing an order. You are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied.
Additional charges
Our customer service will process large packages with a volume of more than 100 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (approx. 40 x 24 x 24 in) and/or weighing over 30 kilos (approx. 66 lbs). These packages may be subject to additional fees and changes to the delivery terms.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information in the delivery notification message, after which the carrier company you have chosen will also send additional tracking information.
