Pentagon® MJC® Layering System Set

Pentagon® M.J.C® (Multiple Jackets Compatibility) is a layering system that allows M.J.C®-compatible jackets and fleeces to be connected and combined in different ways depending on the season and weather conditions. Compatible layers attach to each other using a zipper system and dedicated attachment points, allowing them to be worn either separately or connected together.

The Hurricane Shell is a waterproof shell jacket designed to provide protection from rain and wind, but has no insulation of its own. For colder conditions, an insulating M.J.C® layer - such as the Nucleus jacket - can be added for warmth and worn together as a single layered system.

During spring and autumn, the Hurricane, Nucleus or Neutron jacket can be combined with a suitable M.J.C® fleece. Fleeces are available in different weights, allowing you to choose the level of warmth that best suits the temperature and intended use. By combining different layers within the same system, you can adapt your clothing to the season, temperature and weather conditions.
