MCDU Pants are field trousers built for long use, full gear, and high-output movement. They use NyCo Ripstop as the main fabric, which combines durability and breathability for demanding field use. VersaStretch inserts in key flex zones help the trousers move more naturally with the body and reduce restriction in dynamic positions. Cordura® 500D knee reinforcements improve durability in high-wear areas and include space for protective inserts.

Ventilation zips with mesh in the thigh area help release excess heat during harder effort. Wide belt loops keep a combat belt stable and fit belts up to 45 mm wide. Adjustable leg cuffs help match the trousers to footwear and terrain. A 12-pocket layout gives space for tactical gear, magazines, EDC, and other essentials without getting in the way during movement.

  • Stretch inserts: VersaStretch; 93% nylon & 7% elastane; 4-way stretch panels in key flex zones for better mobility;
  • Knee reinforcements: Cordura® 500D in high-wear areas for better durability;
  • Mesh: 100% polyester; used in thigh ventilation zones for better airflow;
  • Pocket fabric: 80% polyester & 20% cotton;
